They were highschool kids. He was a sixteen year-old boy; she was a
thirteen-year-old girl. She was brilliant and excelled in sports and academics and entered
the most prestigious girl school at age eleven years of age. Hers was a middle-income
family and she was the only girl. He was the rich spoiled demanding brat, who had
everything he ever wanted - - - that was until he met her. He was at her school to play ball and keep the rivalry going between his elite rich only boy school and her renowned girl school. He did more than play ball on his visit. He fell head over heels in love with this gorgeous tiny red hair girl. Her hair was down to her ankles and was of a rare red color. He wanted to play with her but was brushed off by her. He tried a different trick, since no one ever denied his wishes |
. He had the surprise of his life when he faced the tigress in this tiny girl. He went home and could not get her out of his mind. He went through college dreaming of her and could not settle with any one girl. He drew her face and decorated his room.
Eight years later, he watched her walk through the door at a dance party. She was even more beautiful, akin to a princess. It took some moments to realize that this was the girl he was using every means to find. His heart went wild. "I want you," he told her. She ran. He pursued. "Stop running, you will not win, I will not let you win," he told her. The battle she deemed over in highschool was wide open again.
